This role is an 18-month FTC based in Watford to help support the company in an exciting period of growth. As an administrator you will be responsible for ensuring all admin work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Our client is a leading organisation within the FMCG industry based in Watford and are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team on a 12 month FTC! Working with our client you will have the opportunity to work alongside a friendly team and be apart of a great company culture.

Description

As an Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner

- Work closely with senior managers

- Scheduling events and meetings

- Exhibiting a polite and professional telephone manner

- Using Microsoft apps such as Excel and word

Profile

The successful candidate will be:

- Confident talking to new people on the phone each day

- Have excellent communication skills

- Able to organise their workload and make sure all tasks are completely in a timely manner

- Be personable and proactive

- Be professional at all times

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
