Oakleaf is proud to present an exciting HR Operations Lead role, working for a global high-end fashion company and the largest manufacturer of luxury leather goods in the United Kingdom.

This role reports to the HR operations Manager and is seen as an essential role in driving and maintaining the high HR Operational standards prevalent in the business as the HR Operations Lead sits in the hub of all HR activities and needs to ensure that HR processes, Reward, Systems and communication run smoothly, especially at a time where a new HR System is being implemented.

Applicants must be strong Line Managers, have the confidence and gravitas to hit the ground running and be naturally good communicators coupled with an analytical and thorough approach to their work.

Hybrid working is offered with the role, meaning 50% of the time you can work from the office in Somerset and the rest 50% you can work from home.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in a shared service environment
  • Have worked on HR System
  • Have managed a team
  • Have worked closely with a payroll team especially running monthly payroll.
