Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading manufacturing business, based in Llangefni, who are looking for a Training Officer to join their growing team. You will be responsible for sourcing, creating, and delivering training content across the business.

Description

The Training Officer will be responsible for:

  • Creating, developing and delivering inhouse training programmes
  • Day to day management of the e-learning platform
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training, and making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Monitoring training outcomes
  • Completing competency assessments to identify training needs
  • Ensuring the training matrix is up to date
  • Ensuring all training meets legislatory requirements
  • Supporting with audits
  • Ad hoc HR responsibilities
  • Assisting in project work
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Profile

The successful Training Officer will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • L&D or Training related qualification (desirable)
  • Confidence in delivering training courses
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong IT Skills
  • A genuine passion for Learning and Development

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary of up to £36,000
  • Working hours 8:30-5 (flexible working hours considered)
