Were seeking an Reward & Recognition Partner / Reward Advisor to join a large not for profit across the South


We are seeking an experienced HR / Reward professional to join a specialist reward team as a Reward & Recognition Partner

You will be reporting to the Reward Lead and be working on a variety of reward activities which supports the Reward & Recognition approach to attract and retain employees across the group.

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver effective reward solutions in line with agreed approaches as defined by the business
  • Oversee job evaluation and benchmarking processes
  • Provide and manage up to date salary information (relevant to all roles)
  • Support pay evaluation queries and challenges, explaining processes and decisions, as required
  • Research opportunities to expand our Total Reward offer, including flexible benefits options, recommending, and implementing new interventions
  • Ability to support the Reward & Recognition Lead to manage appropriate consultation exercises where required when initiating new arrangements which affect T&Cs of employment, such as proposed pension changes.
  • Build strong relationships with external providers/suppliers
  • Support the effective communication of Total Reward offer and advise colleagues on products and options available.
  • Responsible for keeping the flexible benefits site and other internal platforms up to date with current and relevant content
  • Produce monthly reporting on benefits utilisation vs cost to demonstrate value on return with data from multiple sources

Experience and qualifications

  • Experience working in a reward function
  • Experience of pay benchmarking & job evaluation would be advantageous
  • CIPD Level 5 in Human Resource Management
  • Evidence of continual professional development in the area of reward & recognition
  • Effective organisation and time management skills, able to organise own workloads
  • Experience of managing a fast paced and customer focused service
  • Ideally an In depth knowledge of job evaluation and salary benchmarking processes
  • Demonstrable experience in building effective and collaborative relationships, inspiring confidence, and respect with stakeholders
  • Forward thinking in approach to new trends and developments within the Reward & Recognition space
  • Demonstrates flexibility in responding to changing demands and conditions
  • Working knowledge of legal aspects of pay and reward, HMRC and GDPR implications
  • Competency in MS office applications and Benefit systems/platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to provide data analysis


Driving licence & access to vehicle for work purposes
Required to travel across sites throughout the South and South West(Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset)
