Description

  • Manage the diagnosis, design, and delivery of innovative senior leader development, individual and team effectiveness, and leadership of an inclusive environment
  • Deliver activities aligned to drive culture change in order to improve our organisational performance, colleague engagement, empowerment and excellence
  • Direct positive action planning and activities supporting our commitment to increase inclusion and diversity across the business.
  • Manage activities resulting from priorities agreed from various insights gathered on how we improve colleague engagement, live our values and purpose, and enable business performance
  • Research, develop, and present data/insights on the priorities and changes required in leadership, culture, inclusion and effectiveness to improve engagement and performance across the business

Profile

    • Ability to diagnose, research, design, deliver and evaluate executive development activities. This should include activities such as in person learning activities, executive and team coaching skills, research methodology, and event management
    • Senior internal and external stakeholder influencing and management
    • Facilitation of skills development, team coaching, research focus groups, multi partner delivery and solution-based consultation
    • Delivery of quality content, materials, and logistics of activities to ensure leadership and culture activities are delivered with excellence
    • Delivery of solutions that drive change in leadership and culture change across a variety of different business types
    • Using design thinking with groups to optimise the most effective solutions for leadership and culture change activities
    • Planning and management of senior leader events and activities through internal and external partners
    • Experience of framing insights based on valid and reliable data to inform and influence stakeholders on proposed solutions
    • Influencing change in mindset and activities with stakeholders across all levels of leadership relating to culture change, inclusion, and effectiveness
    • Degree or equivalent aligned to a business and people management area is desirable
