My client is looking for an experience Learning and development trainer, to join there team and support Head of HR.

Description
Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Delivering L&D across the business face 2 face and virtually
- Developing the L&D content and digital delivery
- Working closely with the Head of Human Resources to make sure company practise is being applied to
- Feedback to line managers on employees development
- Project work
- Travel across the UK for business needs to the other 15 sites
Profile
- High communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience within L&D
- CIPD in L&D
- Experience in developing L&D packages
- Passionate for coaching and developing people
