Would you like to be part of the fastest-growing, successful education group in the country, who's looking to lead the sector and become the voice of education in Yorkshire, we are recruiting for a HR Systems Manager to join a busy but friendly HR & OD team. The HR & OD team specialise in all aspects of people management including disciplinary issues, sickness absence and performance management, as well as supporting recruitment and the new starter process.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the HR systems function with responsibility for the HR Systems Analyst and HR Systems Support Officer
• Lead all testing activity during upgrades and system changes to ensure the continued and uninterrupted provision of a high-quality system
• Lead on reporting and data return work
• Be accountable for the design, development and delivery of all HR systems
• Provide systems administration, user support and management of all HR systems
• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance of the HR system to ensure it is readily available and reliable

What you'll need to succeed

• Able to demonstrate extensive experience/knowledge of use of Online Platforms and Microsoft Office Packages, including Word and Excel
• Experience of the design, delivery and maintenance of HR systems
• Experience of iTrent software is desirable
• Knowledge of records management, information governance and GDPR standards
• Able to provide system support and training to others
• Able to work to tight deadlines with competing demands
