Job Details
Ashley Kate are excited to be supporting our National client as they recruit for a full-time, permanent HR manager. The Cluster HR Manager will be responsible for 7 sites across Scotland (Aberdeen & Edinburgh), regular travel across sites is expected as part of this role, with some hybrid working.
As a member of the HR team, you will manage a small team of two, responsible for 7 sites within your region. The focus of your role is to provide high-quality HR leadership, support, coaching and guidance for your region.
This exciting role has plenty of scope for development and progression, getting involved in projects and implementing your ideas to make real impact on the team.
The role
You will provide leadership in all aspects of employment law, which would include coaching line managers with investigations and any other formal meetings. In addition, you will advise management teams on all aspects of people management.
Employee wellness is at the core of what they do, making time for quality conversations, listening to employees, and guiding them appropriately.
Support HGiuring managers with the recruitment process
As HR Manager, you will monitor and communicate all training within teams, ensuring all employees' personal development plans are in place. Additionally, you will identify the group's needs and oversee the induction process.
About you - ESSENTIAL experience
Previous experience managing HR across a multisite remit within a commercial sector such as retail
Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law legislation,
Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to support all levels of the team,
Line Management experience
Ability to multi task and enjoy making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
To be able to coach and develop the management team in HR policy and processes.
Payroll experience is desirable.
