A Transport organisation looking for a HR Advisor to join the team, this role is based in London with hybrid working.

A transport organisation with offices in London.
Description
The successful HR Advisor will:
- Advising and supporting the full recruitment cycle
- Being the first point of contact for HR enquiries
- Advising employees on policies and procedures
- Learning and development and performance management
- Supporting and leading on ER cases
- Payroll
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have previously:
- Worked within a busy HR function previously
- Have an up to date knowledge on employment law and CIPD level 3
- excellent organisation skills and communication skills
- Run their own recruitment processes
Job Offer
The successful candidate can expect a salary £32-35,000
This role is open to 4 days per week (salary pro-rata'd) and offers hybrid working.
