Your new role

Working across a portfolio of clients, your role will be to plan, manage and record tasks across the three dimensions of Contract Governance / Continuous Improvement and Service Assurance.

You will work as part of a central function, supporting senior account leadership teams to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services, and identify opportunities for process and system enhancements that can maximise our delivery to our clients.

What you'll need to succeed

· Excellent planning and organisational skills

· Good Project Management skills

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· The ability to communicate with confidence and authority

· Strong literacy and mathematics skills with attention to detail

· You'll be a proactive and positive team player with the ability to build and maintain positive and open working relationships with colleagues

· Supporting high standards of delivery, quality, and accuracy

· You'll be highly IT literate and experienced with MS Office applications i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

· You'll have working knowledge of HR or payroll systems and ideally have worked with a Vendor Management System or Application Tracking System

· You'll be self-motivated to prioritise work and schedule and manage time effectively with a highly flexible approach to react to changing priorities

· Faces all challenges and problems with a sense of responsibility and self-management
