Job Details


A 12 month Fixed Term Contract, with a hybrid working schedule. As HR Advisor you will be mainly focusing on Employee Relations within the company.

Description

As HR Advisor you will:

  • Ensure there is compliance and best practice in employment standards
  • Aid strategic HR goals
  • Provide case-management assistance
  • Act as a point of contact
  • Provide training and coaching
  • Manage ER cases
  • Attend ER interviews
  • Provide advice and guidance on HR issues
  • Attend management and teams meetings
  • Perform risk assessments for positive DBS checks
  • Deal with positive occupational health declarations
  • Liaise with recruiting managers about poor references
  • Monitor developments in employment law
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures
  • Update the case load matrix
  • Report professional issues
  • Undertake ad-hoc project work
  • Liaise with the Health and Safety Coordinator
  • Recruit staff

Profile

As HR Advisor you should have:

  • Proficiency in IT systems
  • 3+ years HR experience
  • Project management experience
