Talent Acquisition Manager - Management Consultancy

We have a current opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join a global management consultancy on a permanent basis. The TA Manager will join at a point of significant firmwide growth and increased investment in the European recruitment team.

Duties:

• Oversee and manage recruiting and talent sourcing activities for certain key business lines in the UK and Europe
• Create pipelines of future talent
• Key stakeholders include Global and European bsuiness leaders and the broader People leadership team
• Strategy, delivery, and onboarding process of multiple hires up to and including Partners
• Focusing on driving direct sourcing to ensure right channel mix vs agency usage is maintained
• Managing relationships with external recruitment agencies;
• Ensure an impressive candidate experience

The successful candidate will have had solid in house experience, ideally gained in consulting or professional services, be excellent at talent mapping and pipelining, comfortable with data interrogation and reporing and have a process improvement mindset.
