My client, a well known and reputable law firm based in Bristol, are looking for an Early Careers Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a successful team on thier mission to develop new and better ways to deliver legal services.
What will you be doing?
The role holder will provide effective administrative support with all Early Talent Acquisition programmes nationally, including attraction, recruitment, selection and assessment through to the onboarding of successful candidates.
This will include:
- Candidate management:
- New joiner administration
- Onboarding/Induction
- Other ad hoc HR administration duties as required
What do you need to apply?
- Some experience in an administrative or recruitment related role, ideally within the professional services sector and ideally within an HR or recruitment environment.
- Should be educated to at least A level standard and, ideally, of graduate calibre.
- GCSE's Grade Bs or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Strong IT skills/knowledge
