HR SHARED SERVICES CO-ORDINATOR
Your new company
My client is an international organisation who are looking for an additional HRSS Co-ordinator to work alongside the established team.
Your new role
As part of the team you will be responsible for transactional support for the full employee life-cycle from hiring, to onboarding, offer letters, contracts of employment, changes to contracts, probation review letters, dealing with paternity and maternity leave requests, absence management, RTW checks and much more.
You will also get involved in various HR projects ranging from updating policies to process improvements, GDPR, benefits benchmarking.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ideally you will have experience of working in a busy HRSS team, or a busy HR team where you have experience in dealing with all transactional and administrative duties related to the employee life-cycle.
- Strong IT skills
- Strong attention to detail as the client has several different entities who have differing terms and conditions
