Your new company
This market leading hospitality business are looking to recruit a HR Systems & Data Analyst. This role is on the market due to the growth of business and expansion of the HR function.

Your new role
As the HR & Systems Data Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting with system integrations and production of compliance and data reporting within HR. A analytical and data sorting role to include supporting system projects and responsible for reporting management of newly integrated systems.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Production of KPIs for HR Department
  • Responsible for people data ad hoc and monthly reporting
  • Data capture and optimising software
  • Superuser for all People Related Systems, producing reports, maintaining user access and resets
  • Own and maintainer of company and associated businesses organisational charts, from creating to publishing charts
  • Support the integration of ATS, LMS, HR and Payroll systems, to then be Superuser for producing reports, maintaining user access and resets
  • Other various projects as requested by the Chief People Officer & HR Projects & Operations Manager


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will:

  • Have previous experience in data analyst role
  • Be highly analytical
  • Ideally be advanced in Excel
  • Be process and data driven
  • Have effective organisation and planning skills
  • Have the ability to prioritise workload
  • Be confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Have natural problem-solving abilities
  • Be solution focused



What you'll get in return

  • A competitive salary of up to £35,000
  • Hybrid working, with the expectation to be in the office 2 days a week, the rest home working
  • 37.5 hour working week
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
