Your new company
Due to growth of the HR function, this market leading hospitality organisation are looking for an experienced HR Project Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As HR Project Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting multiple HR projects through their life cycle; providing responsive support to ensure successful business planning and process re-engineering. You'll formulate and produce project plans and reports as well as managing projects and evaluating the outcomes.

You will play an integral role in overseeing delivery of HR project activity associated with business change programmes and initiatives . Reporting to the HR Projects and Operations Manager, and working closely with the CPO and key stakeholders, the role will blend both knowledge of HR process and best practice with a clear understanding of the project management discipline. The role will also play an integral part in ensuring the management, analysis and communication of key people data and management information.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Provide Day to Day Project and new initiative support of multiple projects as needed, at any one time.
  • Identify, engage & communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Own all Project documentation and planning documents, milestones and project plans, ensuring they are accurate, detailed and managed effectively.
  • Support the initiation and delivery of policy, initiatives and process improvement projects as assigned by the HR Projects & Operations Manager to deliver the agreed People Strategy.
  • Owning and monitoring the implementation of an integrated HR project plan which covers all areas of the function and identified BAU, improvement and discrete individual projects.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position you will:

  • Be level 5/7 CIPD qualified
  • Have proven experience in managing HR projects and initiatives
  • Be highly analytical.
  • Ideally be advanced in Excel
  • Process and data driven
  • Have effective organisation and planning skills
  • Be customer Focused and strong written communication skills
  • Be confident working in a fast-paced environment
