Your role as HR Advisor will involve providing advice to managers, preparing case related documentation, ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to across the business, and supporting line managers and department heads with people management and compliance with company policies and rules.

Please note you will be based on site Monday - Friday

Client Details

I have been briefed on an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join one of my retail clients based in Barton upon Humber. You will be responsible for providing robust HR advice to Managers and Business Partners, implementing and reviewing policies and procedures, and managing a varied caseload of Employment Relations.

Description

The successful HR Advisor will:

  • Provide solid advice and guidance to Managers, Business Partners and Department Heads on ER matters, as well as grievances and disciplinaries, and performance related issues
  • Review and implement policies and procedures with the HR Business Partner, in line with changes to relevant employment legislation
  • Develop and maintain successful collaborative relationships across all levels, and attend key business updates and management meetings as appropriate
  • Manage varied ER related caseloads

Please note you will be based on site Monday - Friday

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar HR Advisory position
  • Experience working within Manufacturing or FMCG
  • CIPD L5 Qualification or working towards
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Up to date knowledge of Employment Legislation
  • Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office
