Senior Payroll Specialist

Oakleaf is currently working with leading firm within financial services looking to expand their UK and International operation. The organisation is a world class Financial Services business who are looking to continue their upward trend and going through impressive growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in UK payroll however International experience will be a huge plus!

Duties will include:

• Perform daily payroll operations for UK and International countries
• Process payroll in ADP for UK employees monthly, in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist with posting payroll journal entries.
• Payroll reconciliations.
• Prepare and process 3rd party vendor payments and conduct relevant reporting in line with business needs
• Process Bonus and expense payments
• Prepare and maintain accurate records including new starters and leavers
• Keep up todate with employee enquires

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of payroll processing experience required within a professional setting
• Experience of an automated payroll system and confident with Excel
