Your new company
Our Aviation client is recruiting a HR Business Partner to join their team in Gatwick. You will be covering the South which include locations such as Luton, Stanstead, Cardiff and Bristol.
Your new role
As a HR BP, you will guide, mentor and challenge the leadership team surrounding People initiatives and processes. Acting as a true BP, the role will support the HR Director and the broader HR team in the development and delivery of the People strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must have experience as a HR Business Partner/equivalent with sound knowledge of working in a unionised and regulated environment. You must also have experience of successful management of complex ER cases with access to a car due to the travel nature of the role.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £55,000 plus benefits
