Oakleaf Partnership are looking for a multisite HR Manager to join our hospitality client across Edinburgh and Aberdeen. The business itself is recognisable nationwide, this role will be responsible for 7 sites.

A generalist role, the HR Manager will lead on complex ER, payroll, and their colleague's professional development. You'll empower line managers to make the right hires into their teams, effectively lead their teams to success, and coach them on correct policies and procedures. Reporting into the Assistant Group HR Manager, this role has 2 direct reports that will help drive an already great culture.

Ideally, the right person will be an established HR Manager and not looking to step up into this role. Once in the business, there is plenty of room for growth and progression. Multisite and payroll experience would be advantageous, and industry background is open.

Day to day duties include:

  • Coaching line managers on escalated ER casework while building good relationships
  • Encouraging and providing accessible learning and development opportunities to teams across all sectors
  • Maintaining excellent compliance standards
  • Always representing the brand and values, ensuring this is resonated throughout your business areas
  • Develop succession plans alongside the recruitment strategy for the cluster
  • Deliver the overall people strategy, including D&I and engagement initiatives

The business operates on a flexible hybrid model with at least 3 days a week on any site within your remit, as and when your diary dictates. The salary is up to £45,000 and the client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
