Talent Acquisition Director / Partner - £60-75K + bonus and sweet equity - Fully Remote

You'll enter this business as a Partner, with incentivisation linked to the future sale of the group. You'll be very much a member of the board and work strategically with the MD and other Directors in the business.

This role has three very interesting arms to it:

• The main area of focus will be to provide an In-House TA Partner service to the 8 recruitment brands based across the UK with one company out in Dubai.
• Support MD with proactively building relationships with and headhunting agency recruiters who are thinking of leaving an established agency and setting up their own recruitment business
• Supporting with the acquisition of further brands - seeking out exciting business opportunities on the market- pitching to clients.

This role is a both strategic and hands on in terms of head hunting, networking, pipelining, sales and carrying out in-depth analysis i.e. market trends etc.

The ideal candidate will have already been operating at a senior level within the field of recruitment, whether that's within a rec2rec firm, or an established recruitment agency, or as an In-House TA in agency.

You will have total freedom to manage the TA function and your day to day as you see fit! This is not a KPI driven role, it's very much based on ones output. You can be as creative as you'd like and if you need to hire an admin to support you, that is your call.

• Have access to a strong network of recruiters
• Have a strategic approach to planning, stakeholder management and pipelining candidates
• Still love the buzz of head hunting and recruitment!
• Be self-motivated with excellent use of own initiative
• Be a strong collaborator, working with other business leaders to push the overall 4 year business plan/strategy.
• Have an analytical mindset - creating org charts and LI mapping
• Have strong exposure at a senior level within a rec2rec, recruitment agency or in an in-house TA team
