As Interim HR Operations Manager you will be responsible for multiple elements of the employee lifecycle, partnering with people managers and key stakeholders and supporting the development of the culture. The role will ultimately provide the foundation for the P&C team for the future.

Description

  • Payroll, benefits supplier & pension process mapping - identify Head Office Vs Ops processes, who does what, when, scheduling and tracking of monthly activity
  • HR operations process maps for core employee lifecycle: recruitment, right to work checks / process, new starter setup, ATT, leavers
  • Provide support for the People Coordinator to create standard responses templates
  • Establish process to audit accuracy of new starter setup / ATTs / right to work
  • Establish structured process to manage and review workload of HR Operations function
  • Work with the payroll provider to refine payroll submission process
  • Support the People Partner with Employee Handbook update

Profile

  • Experience working within a People Operations function, managing employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience working with HR tech and systems, supporting payroll and benefits processes
  • Organised, analytical and passionate about accuracy and detail
  • Experience of compiling and monitoring HR metrics

Job Offer

Immediate start interim contract

Up to £300 a day PAYE
