HR generalist working as part of a team. Hybrid role

Automotive business in Birmingham

Description

  • HR generalist providing advice and support to stakeholders
  • ER case work
  • Absence, disciplines, grievances
  • Collate and report on people date as required
  • Lead the site people plans activities in partnership with other stakeholders
  • Work as part of the wider HR team to support with change management and added value projects

Profile

* A strong background as a HR Advisor, highly competent in the application of the people processes ideally in a manufacturing environments
* Excellent people management skills with the ability to build and maintain credible and strong professional relationships at all levels
* Demonstrate a passionate & pacey style and approach getting things done
* Be a self-starter, able to work on own initiative and be a team player
* A CIPD Level 5 qualification would be desirable or minimum 5 years experience
