Senior HR Advisor

A Senior HR Advisor based in Horsham for an Estate Agent.

Your new company
Our growing estate agent client is recruiting a Senior HR Advisor on a permanent bases to be based at their office in Horsham. They have over 100 offices across the South East of England which are made up of 4 locally respected brands.

Your new role
As a HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

• Employee Relations
• HR policies and procedures
• Learning and Development
• Staff wellbeing projects
• Coaching managers on disciplinary and grievance cases

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role, you must have experience as a HR advisor with CIPD Level 5 qualification. You must have excellent skills both verbal and written are essential, plus an affinity to connect and build relationships with people. You must also have a full driving license and your own vehicle.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £45,000 plus 33 days holiday (including an extra day for your birthday!), onsite parking, pension, life insurance, employee assistance scheme plus company rewards and incentives.
