A law firm based in Central London looking for a HRIS Coordinator to join the team in London.

A global law firm with offices in Central London.

Description

The successful HRIS Coordinator is responsible for:

* Providing support for the Payroll and Professional Resources groups analysing needs and resolving issues.

* Providing required data and analysis for various Firm compensation and salary surveys

* Using PS Query, SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services and Excel for ad-hoc reporting

* Testing and auditing the system before changes are implemented..

* Supporting the setup and implementation of annual staff performance appraisals.

* Administration and support of HR systems, including but not limited to the on-boarding and content management systems.

Profile

The HRIS Coordinator will have:

* Knowledge of GDPR and employment legislation

* Proven ability to apply laws, ordinances, policies and procedures.

* Ability to remain discreet and maintain confidentiality.

* Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

* Ability to deal with pressure and manage conflicting priorities.

* Proven project planning and development skills and the ability to prioritise end user requests.

* Proven analytical ability, training and technical skills.

* Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail.

Job Offer

The successful HRIS Coordinator can expect a salary £35-42,000 plus benefits
