This individual will work closely with our clients recruitment team to source, screen and qualify candidates for full time roles at all levels.

The role will build talent pipelines and communities for sector/segments that are "business critical" in order to hire the best talent and shorten the time to hire.

The focus will be on candidates that are passive or semi-passive and will require building relationships with top talent through numerous sources including but not limited to networking, external and internal candidate databases, internet research and employee referrals.

Profile

In order to be considered for this role you must have experience of the following:

• Must have experience of working in a sales environment.
• Previous sourcing experience essential, ideally across tech or sales
• Working knowledge of recruiting within the Technology sector advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, fast changing environment where no two days are the same.

Job Offer

• £155-175 per day (including holiday pay) dependant on experience - equivilent salary c£35-40k
• Rolling contract for 12 months with potential to extend for 3 years
• Flexible working (2 day a month in the office min)
