Oakleaf Partnership are proud to present a learning and development senior advisor role within a renowned global law firm joining a team of 5+ to develop and focus on improving the internal employers newest to most experienced.
Learning & Development SNR Advisor
£45,000 - £50,000
Central London Office
Hybrid 2 Days a week office base
To be successful for the role, you will:
Work closely with the head of L&D and recruitment to develop a guiding L&D strategy
Responsible for developing programmes for associates
Work closely with partners and groups to assist in designing/re-designing for delivery of practises
Contribute experience and knowledge into processes
Provide support to developing more junior members of the team
Contribute to developing internal and external campaigns to launch new programmes and initiatives
Responsibilities may vary while in this position
As a learning and development advisor, you will:
Hold previous experience of delivering training
Be degree educated or CIPD equivalent
Previous experience of L&D and HR functions preferably in a professional or financial services space
Hold previous experience of coaching individuals on a 1:1 development basis
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
Hold previous experience of networking, influencing, and building rapport
Hold previous experience creating, delivering, and evaluating of innovative learning interventions
