Based in Horsham or London. Hybrid working on offer (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
Ideally up to £30,000, will potentially offer up to £33,000

As the Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager and will have full responsibility for the complete 360 recruitment process, as well as helping to shape and develop the Talent Acquisition function and create a strong employer brand. You will partner with hiring managers and HRBP's to qualify recruitment needs, utilise various methods for candidate attraction and sourcing, create talent pipelines and shortlist and screen candidates to present to the business. In addition, you will also handle offer negotiations, support onboarding in tandem with the HR Advisors and keep a record of talent acquisition metrics.

To be successful in this role you will have recent and relevant experience operating within a pure Talent Acquisition or HR role, supporting corporate functions. You'll be driven and committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience and have familiarity with applicant tracking systems. Your driven and self-motivated attitude along with your exceptional customer service skills and ability to develop excellent stakeholder relationships will be of real interest to my client.
