Employee Relations Advisor, £37,000 per annum, London, Kent or Manchester

Macmillan Davies are working with a leading housing association who are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join the ER team. You will report to the Employee Relations Team Leader and work as a member of a passionate team of advisors to provide coaching and support to managers in your designated business area.

The key purpose of this role will be working on a high volume of varied Employee Relations cases ensuring the best possible outcome for all. You will independently manage your caseload and provide timely reports to the wider team to report on case performance and progress. This role will require a good communicator who is able to guide, support and educate.
