Job Details
The main role of the Senior HR Administrator will be stand alone, fast-paced, generalist HR Administration role supporting the Operational Director, and line managers.

Page Personnel are representing a Manufacturing Organisation based in Telford.
Description
The key responsibilities of the Senior HR Administrator will be to;
- Arranging new starter paperwork, preparing and conducting induction.
- Ensure probationary reviews are conducted effectively and within required timescales.
- Supporting internal and external enquiries related to HR department.
- Compiling and maintaining paper, digital and electronic employee records.
- Maintain holiday records, adding holidays to time & attendance system and Company Calendar.
- Support with management of employee's appraisal cycle and performance records.
- Providing employment law and policy advice to employees and line managers and ensuring that HR Policies, Procedures and Employee Handbook are updated in line with statutory requirements and good practice.
- Attend disciplinary, performance, grievance and investigation meetings in the capacity of a note taker
- Forwarding payroll information to management accountant.
Profile
The successful Senior HR Administrator will have;
- Previous HR Experience
- Minimum C.I.P.D level 3
- Knowledge of Employment Law and practices
- Experience of using a HR Information System
