Page Personnel are proud to be partnering with a leading Legal business, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing team. You will primarily be responsible for providing advice and guidance on a range of employee relations issues, as well as contributing to HR related projects.

Description
The HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Providing advice and guidance to employees and line managers on a range of HR related matters
- Reviewing and updating HR processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring they reflect best practice
- Taking a lead role in absence management cases, making Occupational Health referrals with necessary
- Leading in duty of care and return to work meetings
- Supporting the HR Assistants in day to day HR related tasks
- Leading formal employee relations meetings
- Supporting with performance management issues
- Coordinating and managing employee engagement surveys
- Producing HR related reports
- Participating in HR related project work
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
Please Note - some travel to other UK offices is a requirement of this post
Profile
The successful HR Advisor will have:
- A proven track record within a similar role
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent qualification)
- A solid understanding of employment law and legislation
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- A genuine desire to learn
