Page Personnel are proud to be partnering with a leading Legal business, based in Liverpool City Centre, who are looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing team. You will primarily be responsible for providing advice and guidance on a range of employee relations issues, as well as contributing to HR related projects.

Description

The HR Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing advice and guidance to employees and line managers on a range of HR related matters
  • Reviewing and updating HR processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring they reflect best practice
  • Taking a lead role in absence management cases, making Occupational Health referrals with necessary
  • Leading in duty of care and return to work meetings
  • Supporting the HR Assistants in day to day HR related tasks
  • Leading formal employee relations meetings
  • Supporting with performance management issues
  • Coordinating and managing employee engagement surveys
  • Producing HR related reports
  • Participating in HR related project work
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required

Please Note - some travel to other UK offices is a requirement of this post

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent qualification)
  • A solid understanding of employment law and legislation
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
  • A genuine desire to learn
