Our client, a highly established organisation with an excellent reputation is seeking to expand their reward team to recruit a new Reward Partner into their team of 4, reporting to the Head of Reward. Working as a Reward Partner, this role will support the Head of Reward in driving and delivering a range of reward initiatives and cyclical processes. It will contribute to defining, developing and evolving the reward offer, its policies and practices to deliver a simple, clear and transparent reward framework.

Key responsibilities:

  • Explore, evaluate, and implement opportunities to enhance our clients employee benefits programme
  • Provide subject matter expertise on complex reward matters, including job design and managing the organisational structure, salary benchmarking, pay and benefits
  • Review and update reward policies, procedures and processes, engaging with key stakeholders, seeking approval to final documents and publish / communicate to the business
  • Design and deliver material and briefings to HR colleagues and line managers on reward matters to enhance understanding and inform decision making
  • Lead on elements of the reward communications plan and programme of events
  • Maintain good working relationships with external providers so that benefits schemes and policies are appropriately delivered and service level agreements are met.
  • Provide support to the design, planning, implementation and delivery of the annual pay review process for the whole business
