A great chance to join a large Consultancy firm based in London as a HR Coordinator. This role will allow for someone to build and develop a new set of relevant HR skills which will assist them in their career prospects.

A large Consultancy firm based in London, however operate on a global scale. Offering services to many well known businesses/ individuals, it is one of the largest and faster growing companies in the industry.

Description

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Being the "go-to person" for on site employee well-being
  • Guiding managers to adhere to all HR policies
  • Providing first line advice to managers and employees
  • Overseeing and assisting with the administration for the full employee life-cycle
  • Ensuring that the weekly and monthly payroll processes are in place
  • Assisting with the recruitment process, producing offer letters and contracts
  • Working closely with the wider HR and Payroll teams

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have prior experience working within a HR department
  • Demonstrate strong communication and team work skills
  • Be able to show empathy and make clear, decisive decisions
  • Have a working knowledge of IT systems including Payroll and MS Office packages

Job Offer

If successful, the HR Coordinator will be offered:

  • A salary of £30,000 - £35,000
  • The opportunity to work on a hybrid basis
