As the Senior Recruitment Coordinator you will act as key point of contact for the recruitment and onboarding process for the southern region.

The client is a Hospitality/Catering entity based in Gatwick.

Description

As the Senior Recruitment Coordinator based in Gatwick you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and attending Job Fairs in region
  • Taking ownership of induction
  • Liaising with managers across business to manage expectations and queries
  • Reviewing data and findings
  • Analysing recruitment data
  • Delivering recruitment service to business looking to continuous improvement methods and attraction techniques
  • Monitor market trends
  • Managing relationships between direct reports and business partners

Profile

The successful candidate for the Senior Recruitment Coordinator role will have:

  • 12 months experience in a similar role
  • Confidence to deal with complex data
  • Flexibility to travel to sites
  • Prior experience of an ATS
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong networking skills

Job Offer

On offer for successful candidate will be:

  • Full time, permanent role
  • Up to £36,000 salary
  • Office based
  • Travel to other sites (expensed)
  • Based in Gatwick
