The Senior HRBP role has arisen due to internal promotion and will be remote based with travel across North, Midlands and Scotland. They are a high growth business, focusing on engagement, diversity, talent and retention.

Description

The Senior HRBP role will:Lead a team of 6 HRBP's across UK, Ireland and Netherlands who support the various farming and equine clinics.Partner with regional and clinical directors to deliver on strategic people plans and project work.Have strong change management experience to be able to lead on various people streams.Work with business leaders to deliver on strategic objectives of the organisation and communication of business strategy across agricultural specialism Work with the Global HR team and UK HQ in Norwich to ensure a professional, best in class and joined up approach to people and talent.

Profile

The successful candidate will:Be CIPD qualified or equivalentMust have experience of delivering in a strategic regional role with multiple sites - this is essentialExperience in retail, medical practice, veterinary, dental, private medical or pharmacy would be advantageousExtensive strategic HR generalist experience with demonstrable examples of talent management, engagement and retention strategies and cultural enhancementCommercial HR understanding and examples of adding valueExperience of leading a team, ideally remotely and over different locationsThe ability to work independently in a remote working setting, often building relationships via video.

International or IRE experience would be advantageous
