Job Details
Morgan Philips are supporting a great business to hire a Reward Analyst for their busy team. They offer hybrid working with visibility in the London office required once every week or 2.
You will be involved in extensive data analytics of employment and workforce information. Using predominantly MS Excel. to manipulate and interpret and then present recommendations
from the findings, through creative PowerPoint messaging.
This is a position with lots of variety, where you will be working on 2-3 HR reward projects at any one time. Large scale data reporting which might include salary reviews, job evaluation, gender pay gap reports, benefits information, internal and external benchmarking, using Workday, SD Worx and Facility Scheduler systems.
Suitable candidates may have already worked as a Reward Analyst, but we will also consider candidates with a strong background in Data Analytics who has a keen interest in HR and Reward. You will have advanced Excel skills and experience working in a mid-large size corporate business with large scale volume data. The ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and produce tasks and information with accuracy and attention to detail, to pivotal deadlines is essential.
