Talent Management Advisor - Sheffield - £45,000 + benefits

Your new role
As Talent Management Advisor your role will be a pivotal part in the growth plans of the business. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of HR to look at innovative ways to attract and retain professionals within the business.
You'll manage the end to end recruitment process to ensure employees fit the values and vision of the company as well as meeting the technical skills required. You'll lead on revamping the recruiting process and review the metrics in which assessments are done. Through this, you will upskill managers ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to support the process.
As well as supporting growth plans there is also the need for succession planning. Your role will look at creating the future talent pipelines by engaging with local academic establishments, apprenticeship providers and other sources of potential talent.
- Work across sites and with the Head of HR to develop strategic resourcing plans
- Managing the end to end recruitment and selection process across each site
- Working collaboratively with the HR team to ensure an effective resourcing and on boarding process
- Ensure you are up to date with the latest recruitment and industry trends to ensure effective recruitment campaigns
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidates should have proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle, through to offer negotiation. It is ideal to have experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment and have a proven track record in delivering candidates into a business.
You must be proactive and innovative in your approach to resourcing and have the ability to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
