People Advisor 12 month maternity contract £45000 + generous benefits

Leading global technology company going through significant transformation period.
Your new role
In this 12 month maternity contract you will be working in a wider HR team and supporting a HRBP you will be the first point of contact for all HR queries covering a population of around 300. You will support both the people and the managers on the full generalist remit. You will help deliver the wider people plan and play an integral part in the transformation programmes including L&D, Employee engagement and L&D.
What you'll need to succeed
You will already be a HR Advisor with at least 2 years experience of working in a busy and fast paced HR function It i essential that you have managed high volume and complex ER cases Be CIPD L5 or equivalent Be able to commit for a 12 month contract
