  • Office location: Central London
  • Hybrid working: 1 day per week in the office

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced reward analyst to join an exciting global Healthcare organisation. The role will be working within a close-knit reward team and reporting to the Head of Reward.

The Reward Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Analyse employee data and carry out market research to aid the development of the company's Reward and People strategy and policies.
  • Produce HR reports and recommendations supported by in depth data analysis.
  • Manage the company's job evaluation process and provide advice and guidance to the HR team as required.
  • Assist with the benchmarking and grading of new roles.
  • Benchmark the salaries and benefits of staff working in clinical roles against the NHS and other private healthcare providers.
  • Carry out market research and produce reports on market trends and economic conditions.
  • Analyse internal and external reward practices and provide meaningful management information to help guide the continual development and evolution of the company's reward policies.
  • Work on year end annual salary review.
  • Prepare information and work with external consultants where necessary to produce the annual Gender Pay Gap report.
  • Undertake project work as directed by Head of Reward or HR management team.

What you must have:

  • Experience working in a similar Reward Analyst role
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leaders and staff of all levels
  • Very strong excel and system skills (Workday experience desirable but not essential)
  • Attention to detail is critical
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data into meaningful information and tell the story behind the numbers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
