As a HR Advisor you will provide robust advice and guidance to managers on varied ER caseloads from beginning to end, you will run successful recruitment campaigns, and manage, update and utilise all HRIS tools to ensure all HR records are accurate and up to date.

Client Details

I have been briefed on a really exciting opportunity with one of my manufacturing clients based in Leeds. They are looking for a HR Advisor to join them on a full time basis, for a 15 months FTC. The role is paying up to £38k, and offers hybrid working.

Description

As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for:

  • Providing robust end to end support and guidance to people managers on varied ER caseloads
  • Manage successful recruitment campaigns
  • Support with end to end recruitment processes & support with movements internally including internal moves and promotions
  • Manage, update and utilise all HRIS tools to ensure all HR records are accurate and up to date
  • Suppprt the HR Manager with ad hoc projects & initiatives

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will have:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within the manufacturing sector
  • Demonstrable experience managing varied ER caseloads
  • Up to date knowledge of employment legislations
  • Ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ideally qualified to at least CIPD Level 3

Job Offer
