HR Consultant

This role will work closely with the Head of HR on projects supporting external clients of the business. You will provide HR consultancy services to multiple businesses relating to recruitment and selection matters, employee relations and implementing HR policies and procedures. You will assist with the coaching and training of managers, provide advice on employee relations. Advise on pay and reward. You will oversee the HR processes, policies and procedures for multiple businesses ensuring they are legally compliant.

What you'll need to succeed

• CIPD or equivalent generalist HR experience
• Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Experience working on a consultancy basis or with varied industry experience.
• You will be a highly motivated individual with the ability to organise effectively and efficiently, alongside being able to cope with a busy varied workload.
