As a HR Administrator you will provide generalist HR Administrative support with end to end recruitment processes, managing the HR inbox and responding to queries, being the first point of contact for any people related queries from managers and staff, and creating and maintaining employee records.

Page Personnel have partnered with a well known fashion organisation, who are looking for a HR Administrator to join them on a full time, and permanent basis. You will be based at one of their offices in Leeds, and they also offer hybrid working. The role is paying £20-22k, and they would like someone to start asap.

Description

As a HR Administrator you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all HR related queries, issuing offer and contract letters, as well as on-boarding all new starters. You will support with the induction process and be the main point of contact for induction arrangements. You will also provide support with all day to day HR Admin tasks including benefits, internal communications and engagement.

Profile

The successful HR Administrator will:

* Ideally have experience in a similar position, or be a strong administrator with an interest in HR
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to deal with confidential information appropriately
* Great team player with a can do approach to work

Job Offer

Full time & permanent role + £20-22k + Hybrid working + 25 days A/L & 1 day for each year of service up to 5 years + Performance related bonus scheme + Stakeholder pension + Generous discount on company products
