My client is looking for a HR advisor to join the team on a 12 month FTC
Client Details
The client is in the retail industry, with a people focused culture.
Description
But not limited to:
- To provide an advisory service in line with the company's policies and procedures
- Provide support and direction to the management team with all HR issues, including grievance, disciplinary, performance reviews, hearings, and attendance.
- Coordinate the delivery of company induction process in line with the company's standards
- Collate the HR data on a weekly / monthly basis to improve and develop KPI's
- Monitor KPI's to minimise absence across the site
Profile
- HR Advisory background within manufacturing
- Ability to prioritise under a high pressure, high paced environment
- Unionised experience
- Be able to commit to an office based role
- CIPD 3 +
- Comprehensive knowledge on employment legislation
