The client is a NFP organisation
Description
A fantastic short term interim role, to scope out exactly what is needed from a business perspective from the HRIS system and identify ways to deliver that data as well as educating and enabling leaders in what the system can actually provide them. You will need to work closely with HR team as well as senior leaders across the business as the subject matter expert on the HR system (MHR People first), providing solutions and suggesting new ways of working. You will also be required to present workforce reports to board and senior leaders.
