Training and Compliance Project Manager

What you will need
The successful candidate will have a background in Training and Competence gained within a financially regulated environment where you have had to ensure regulatory compliance with SMCR. Proven ability to manage a large workforce, close to that of 300. Experience in a private client investment management business would be an advantage. You will have strong project management skills and be able to demonstrate a strong project methodology as well as supporting people development and growth as an end result of the project. Strong excel and reporting and experience with MiFID II is also required. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 12 month FTC working in London in a hybrid manner, working from the London office three times a week.
