Job Details
My client, a bespoke hospitality company is looking for a learning and development specialist to join their team. The perfect candidate for this role will have experience of working in a L&D role preferably from a hospitality or not for profit background. You will be somebody who is looking for progression and whom really wants to achieve.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Reviewing and refreshing the existing training programme
- Develop career pathways for key roles
- Support the companies apprenticeship and talent schemes
- Designing and delivering a refreshed onboarding and induction process
- Continually reviewing mandatory learning
- Creating fresh content to ensure learning packages are current and support the business need
- Support with the design of methodologies, frameworks and supporting tools to ensure the talent requirement is met
- Manage training requests and approval processes
- Help to create an environment where employees feel nurtured at work but take ownership of their own development
- Be an ambassador for the HR Function
