HR Business Partner
- £220 - £240 per day
- Temporary, c4months
- End of November start
- Hybrid - x2 days at home
My client is looking for a HR Business Partner to provide a professional HR service to managers within a designated area on all workforce related matters including resourcing, management of attendance, performance management, employee relations issues and general HR management interventions, to deliver business objectives.
Some of the key focus areas;
- Supporting and advising Management
- Employee Relations Casework
- Restructures/Organisational Change
The person;
- Proactive
- Someone who can get stuck in with minimal supervision.
- Previous local-government experience desirable but not essential.
- Likes to work in a busy organisation
- Highly unionised so experience working with Unions would be helpful.
