Job Details
A part-time HR Business Partner role, for a 9 month FTC, to help with the current expansion of thee company. Work closely with line mangers on change management.

A company based in Eastbourne.
Description
As HR Business Partner you will be:
- Guide managers on ER and Change management
- Hand-on support through period of change
- Support with project work and advise on day-to-day HR queries
- Support on a range of change activities
- Respond to any people matters
- Provide commercial view on issues
- Work closely with the HR Manager
- Communicate with those at all levels
Profile
As HR Business Partner you should have:
- Previous experience as HRBP or Senior HR Advisor
- Previous experience in retail
- Previously worked remotely or on multi-site
- HR and employment law knowledge
- Commercial acumen
- Empathy towards others
Job Offer
£40-43,000 FTE
9 month FTC
28 hours per week
