We have a current opportunity for a People and Engagement Coordinator to join a successful and rapidly growing organisation on a permanent basis.

Main duties:

  • Responsible for all People data administration and management including but not limited to ongoing updating and maintenance of People-related databases including learning platforms, employee documentation, onboarding documentation, employee letters and contracts etc.
  • Assist the People and Talent Manager in the delivery of the People and Talent Agenda. This includes key areas such as Learning and Development, Reward and Recognition, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management, Recruitment, Employee Engagement and Wellbeing, Corporate Communications and operational HR.
  • General administrative duties including benefits administration, training administration, monthly payroll administration, meeting and interview coordination.
  • Compiling and presenting HR related statistics/data in the required report format (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) as required. By way of example, this may include headcount, turnover and recruitment data.
  • Finance administration relating to the People and Talent function, for example, raising purchase order numbers, sending invoices for payment, liaising with the Finance team
  • Support internal communication activities and channels including but not limited to preparation of Company-wide communications, newsletters, forums, briefings, events and engagement surveys using a range of tools and mechanisms
  • Assist the People and Talent Manager in the delivery of policy or process changes
  • Assist in developing Company communication strategies to increase engagement
  • Provide adhoc support and assistance to the Operations Director

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years in a HR administrative or coordination role.
  • Experience working with excel and dashboards
  • Experience with communications and employee engagement - desirable
