My client is looking for a HR Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis 4 - 5 months. This role is a great opportunity to get involved in project work and to help role out and training to the wider business. There will be day to day tasks but the core of the role is to support the HR BP and manager with the current project.

Description

As the HR Assisting and supporting the HR clients in Human Resources issues;

Including but not limited to,

  • Process Innovation Support - requires HR project administration & support background
  • Prepares reports by selecting, analysing and summarising data and trends as required.
  • Coordinates employee relations issues with HR Managers or Business Partners.
  • Meeting with hiring managers to discuss team structure and difficulties
  • Employment law compliance
  • Training and development
  • New hire orientation
  • Employee relations
  • Performance management
  • May assist with benefits administration
  • Recruitment support
  • Policy implementation
  • Reporting of information to the HR Business Partner
  • Coordination of training for employees
  • Promotes effective human resources practices to minimise potential liability and risks.
  • Provides assistance to the HR Business partner, management and employees to prevent and mediate conflicts, discipline and terminations.
  • Assist in investigation resolution.
  • Conducts exit interviews.
  • May maintain and update company policy and procedures.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Profile

Our client is looking for a candidate with:

  • CIPD 3 + (Desirable)
  • HR Experience 2+ years
  • Experience in project work
  • Analytic experience within HR
  • Computer literate - Excel, Power Point and Visio
  • Time management
  • Able to prioritise tasks
  • High communication skills, verbal and written
  • KPI and performance minded

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary £30,000 - £40,000 depending on your experience
  • Holiday days 25 + 3 days Christmas shut down and Bank Holidays
  • Remote working with the flexibility to work from their Liverpool office, if you choose
